Nearly twenty years ago we managed to establish a gold standard for Pilates in Limassol, gained thousands of devotees – locals and expats alike, inspired many for taking up teaching of their own… and now, celebrating our 20th anniversary, we did it again and truly elevated the caliber of Pilates by moving into our new home to serve our growing audience, and we created Studio IV 360° Pilates & Beyond.
